Olta Azul products may be returned if they were damaged upon arrival. Please contact us via email to report an issue at info@oltaazul.com.

 

Products must be sent with original packaging within 14 days upon receiving the product. Return shipping costs are not included in our policy and must be paid by the consumer with insurance.

 

After receiving the product, we will either provide you a refund or replacement product after communicating with you within two weeks. We will deduct the original shipping costs from the return price.

 

Returns will be issued to the original payment type.
