DISTANCE SELLING & PROTECTED SHOPPING AGREEMENT

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The Seller agrees to deliver the following product(s) to the Buyer: [List of Products, including detailed descriptions and specifications]

PAYMENT
The Buyer agrees to pay the total amount at the time of purchase using [Iyzico].

LOCAL SALES TAX
Local VAT sales tax of 10-20% will be added at the checkout.

SHIPPING
The Seller will ship the product(s) to the Buyer’s provided address. Shipping is included in the total cost and will be completed within a maximum of 5 business days from the order date.

RETURNS
Returns are accepted only for defective products. The Buyer must notify the Seller within [14] days of receiving the product(s). The Seller will arrange for return shipping of defective products at no additional cost. Refunds or replacements will be issued upon confirmation of defects.

GOVERNING LAW
